Capitol Trailways now offers TICKETS BY MAIL.

Customers can now call Capitol Trailways at 1-800-721-2828 and order their tickets by phone.

Capitol Trailways requires that you call us a minimum of 10 days before the date of travel.

Payment for the tickets will be by Visa or Mastercard.

Maximim number of tickets sold by phone is limited to 4 or a total purchase under $400.00, Minimum order of $20.00.

There is a $3.00 service fee for each ticket sold by mail, this service charge is nonrefundable.

If the customer is ordering a ticket for someone to pick-up at another ticket location the service charge will be $15.00. If they are also sending cash (up to $50.00 will be accepted) the service charge will be $20.00, these service charges are also nonrefundable.

Tickets will be mailed via U.S. Mail unless they wish to pay $20.00 for UPS Red Overnight Delivery.
