We're glad you've chosen CAPITOL TRAILWAYS for your trip. Now, we'd like to give you some information that will help you in enjoying travel over our routes and save you any possibility of misunderstanding or inconvenience.

PURCHASE YOUR TICKET IN ADVANCE
It is in your best interest to purchase tickets and check baggage in advance. Waiting until the last minute means waiting in a ticket line and possibly missing your departure. Not getting a baggage check on your luggage, may mean your luggage could be delayed.

BAGGAGE
Your luggage should have identification labels inside and outside before it is placed under the bus. Be sure that the baggage personnel have placed a baggage tag on your luggage that states your destination city. DO NOT put MEDICATIONS OR VALUABLES in luggage being placed under the bus. Please carry these items on with you. Baggage will be limited to two pieces per adult and one piece per half fare ticket. Capitol Trailways automatically insures your checked luggage up to $250 per adult ticket, or $125 per child's ticket. Additional baggage insurance may be obtained at a minimal fee and is available upon request

LIABILITY
Capitol Trailways does not guarantee arrival or departure from any point at a specific time, but will endeavor to maintain the schedule provided by its agent or employee. If any Act of God, public enemies, authority of law, quarantine, perils of navigation, riots, strikes, the hazards or dangers incident to a State of War, accidents, breakdowns, bad conditions of the road, snowstorms, and other conditions beyond our control occur, Capitol Trailways shall not be liable therefor. Seating is not guaranteed beyond the seating capacity of the coach.

REFUNDS AND ADJUSTMENTS IN FARES
Inquiries for a refund or fare adjustment should be handled through Capitol Trailways general offices at 1061 South Cameron Street, P. O. Box 3353, Harrisburg, PA 17105.

LOST ARTICLES
Capitol Trailways is NOT responsible for articles left in the coaches or terminals, but we will make every effort to recover your property for you. Call our Harrisburg office - 717-233-7673.

OBJECTIONABLE PERSONS
Capitol Trailways reserves the right to refuse transportation to any person under the influence of intoxicating beverages or drugs or to any person whose conduct is such, or likely to be such, as to make one objectionable to other passengers. Passengers not wearing shoes or other protective footwear will be denied transportation.

AMERICAN DISABILITY ACT
