Capitol Trailways has openings for experienced motorcoach and over-the-road truck operators. Capitol runs regularly scheduled service from Washington D. C. to Syracuse NY and connecting runs to Philadelphia and New York City. Capitol also runs daily service to Atlantic City and provides Charter Buses to preformed groups throughout South Central Pennsylvania.

Capitol is hiring men and women who may live in Philadelphia, Pottsville, Washington D. C., Baltimore, MD, or Syracuse, NY in addition to the company's home base in Harrisburg, Lancaster, York and Lebanon, PA.

Capitol Trailways is affiliated with the National Trailways Bus System. Its' drivers and shop employees are represented by the Amalgamated Transit Union. The company operates a mix of standard and automatic transmission buses. It replaces at least four (4) buses every year with either MCI or Prevost equipmant and only buys automatics. MECHANICS: Capitol Trailways has openings for two Class 2 Mechanics familiar with heavy equipment repair. The company runs MCI and Prevost equipment powered by Detroit Diesel and Allison Automatic Transmissions. Prior bus experience is very helpful. Rates begin at $11.00 plus an hour.
